Similar to upscale consignment shops where we sell current styles that are slightly worn but in good condition. All of our resale store items are final sale. |

Based on your membership level you may have free outgoing and/or return shipping. If your membership does not include free shipping, you are responsible for your shipping costs. |

Yes, you can. If you rented an item and want to keep it, please email info@shopitupchic.com for current retail costs. Furthermore, most of our rental styles are also available for sale on www.shopitupchic.com. |

Do I need to clean the clothes before or after? |
| |
No, there is no need to launder your clothing before or after you wear them. ShopitUPchic.com prepares each garment for you in advance by laundering it in eco-friendly, dye- and fragrance-free laundry detergent, and professionally steaming it. We seal your clothes in a poly-bag, so it's ready to wear once you receive it in the mail. Although we don't recommend laundering the garments at home, if you choose to launder them between wears, please see the laundry care instructions on the label of each garment; as many of our clothes are only washed by hand or cannot be put in the dryer. |

What if I accidentally stain, damage or lose one of your garments? |

We understand that accidents can happen time to time, but we do ask that all of our members treat our garments, imagining as if they had borrowed the item(s) in question had been borrowed from their best friends. If something were to happen to the garment(s), such as becoming stained or completely ruined garment beyond repair, we will have to charge your account for the replacement value of the item. |

What if the items are late? |

If the items are not return by its due date late fees will accrue daily. Based on your membership level you are allowed a certain number of days to retain borrowed items. After the due date, however, daily charges will be made to your credit per item up to five business days. After five business days have passed, ShopitUPchic.com will charge your credit card the current retail value of the item(s). If you know you are going to be late by a day or two and this is your first time being late, please email us at info@shopitupchic.com, and we can assess your case. We want to make our customers happy! |

How do I cancel a membership? |

If you decide to cancel your membership, you can go into your account. At the bottom of the page, there will be a "Cancel Membership" Button. Click on that, and we will receive a notification through our email at info@shopitupchic.com. Then, we will process your cancellation as soon as it is received. The cancellation will be effective the following month. All items must be returned before your membership may be completely canceled. |
