ShopitUPchic.com offers its customers the option to buy OR rent the clothing. Everything that is available for sale is also available for rent at a monthly membership fee. ShopitUPchic.com will only sell brand new items on its retail site. Once the items are rented, they will stay in the Rental Closet until we decide, based on the number of times the garment has been rented, whether to put it in the resale store for used items for our customers to purchase. The benefit of ShopitUPchic's buy OR rent program is as follows: 1.You can always have something new to wear; 2. You will be able to try new brands or trendy styles you would not ordinarily wear; 3. Renting is the most affordable way to stay in style; 4. You can buy the piece if you love it!
4.  What is the 'free accessory with purchase?'
For every purchase that you make, we give away a free piece of jewelry. It may be a necklace, bracelet, or pair of earrings to match the outfit that you purchase from us.
5.  Do you charge sales tax?
ShopItUpChic.com is located in both the states of Nevada and Texas. We are required by law to charge sales tax within Nevada and Texas.
6.  How can I make changes to my order?
We will gladly make changes to or cancel your order per request as long as the order has not been processed. We usually ship within 24 hours of receiving an order. For any changes that you would like to make, please email us at info@shopitupchic.com, or call us at 1-888-512-6773.
7.  How can I use promotional coupon codes?
To use your promotional code, you can input it at the checkout page and click Apply. Promotional codes cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. Promotional codes are valid for the specified time period for online purchases. Loyalty Incentives or birthday codes can only be used one time within a specified time frame unless otherwise stated.
8.  How can I track my order?
You can track your order by logging onto your account and viewing your order status under the Order History section. If the order is pending, that means it is in the process of credit card verification and packing. Once your order is shipped out, the status will change to 'shipped,' and the date that the package was shipped will be indicated along with the tracking number.
9.  What kind of payment do you accept?
ShopItUpChic.com accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. Your card will be charged when your order is placed. If a payment is denied, we will not be held liable for any delay in delivery.
10.  What is loyalty incentive?
Customer rewards will be given as coupon codes to customers every four months based on how much they have spent during that period.
